Dec. 4, 2011: At Boulevard Neighborhood Association's annual membership meeting, there will be a vote to amend BNA's bylaws to create a "neighborhood park/public green space committee" and make the chair of that committee a regular member of BNA's steering committee. Heirloom Cafe (corner of Boulevard and Chase St.), 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.. (Only BNA members may vote.)
